We were also lucky to have had Eloise Hay who is the lovely Mum of our even lovelier Ashlee, to come and demonstrate and teach some cool techniques and postures in PILATES.
Room 4 had heaps of learning and more importantly we did it with loads of fun and enthusiasm.
you all seem to have enjoyed the mango lassis. It does look delicious. Also touching your toes seems to be a success. Paul (Dominic's daddy)
